Jeg har netop modtaget "Hans og Grete" af Neil Gaiman fra forlaget. Jeg glæder mig rigtig meget til at læse den - og til at læse hans fortolkning af fortællingen. Jeg er blevet ret bidt af Gaiman for ikke så længe siden, da jeg i forbindelse med readathon her i efteråret, læste både "Coraline" og "The Graveyard Book". Ret meget andet har jeg faktisk, helt ærligt, ikke læst af ham - men han har virkelig fanget mig!
Hvad synes I om ham? Og er der måske nogle specielle Gaiman-bøger jeg burde dykke ned i? :-)

Jeg er lidt nysgerrig efter, hvad du gør for at få alle de bøger tilsendt fra forlaget - er det på grund af din blog? Jeg holder meget af Neil Gaimans bøger, og at dømme ud fra dem, du har læst, ville du nok kunne lide The Ocean at the End of the Lane (mit absolut yndlings-Gaiman-citat kommer fra den). Og så er jeg jo også nødt til at anbefale Good Omens, som er skrevet sammen med Fantasy-legenden Terry Pratchett. Lige netop Hans og Grete har jeg ikke læst, så jeg er spændt på at høre, hvad du synes om den. Jeg har dog læst The Sleeper and the Spindle, hans genfortolkning af Tornerose, så jeg ved, han har styr på det med at gendigte eventyr.

Ja, det er på grund af min blog. De sender mig bøgerne, og til gengæld anmelder jeg dem for dem. Win/win for begge parter :-)
Tak for forslagene - og jeg vil helt sikkert give min mening videre af 'Hans og Grete'! :-)
